WINDOW CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS
1. Prize recipients must be over 21 years of age and a current home owner.
2. Contest is limited to: US Citizens who reside in the city of Sandy and/or Tri county areas (Multnomah, Clackamas and Washington County)
3. Company employees and immediate family members of All Star Lifetime Remodeling LLC or Alside Supply Centers are NOT ELIGIBLE for prizes.
4. Prize inludes up to two standard size windows per raffle ticket drawn and is limited to horizontal sliders or single hung windows. Prizes exclude: bay/bow windows, garden windows or a combination of windows and slider doors. Any additional features must be covered by prize recipient.
5. Windows must be installed in one residence and used to replace a pre-existing window.
6. Installation of windows must be performed by All Star Lifetime Remodeling L.L.C. at the expense of prize recipient.
7. No limit to # of entries per household.
8. Entry forms must be completely filled out with current information and received by August 30th, 2009 to be eligible for prize drawing on August 31st.
9. By entering contest participant agrees to possible future contact by All Star Lifetime Remodeling L.L.C. for solicitation purposes.
10. All Star Lifetime Remodeling L.L.C. agrees that information will not be sold or distributed to outside parties.
11. Prize recipient will be notified within one business week of drawing, through certified mail & phone number provided on raffle ticket.
12. Prize recipient will have 10 days to respond via phone (503) 826-1000 or email allstarlifetime@verizon.net
13. If no response is received from prize recipient within time period specified above current winning entry will be voided and a new prize recipient will be drawn, all above rules and regulations will apply.
14. All windows must be installed within 90 days from confirmation of prize or any claim to winnings will be forfeited.
15. Winners agree to have their first and last name posted on www.allstarlifetime.com and in local newspapers as price recipients.
16. All proceeds from sale of entries will be donated to Sandy Fire Department District #72.
17. These Rules and Regulations are agreed upon by entering contest.
